An Introduction to Property Development

Kevin (MTCP) (MRTPI) is a Senior Director in the Development & Planning group at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Head of the Bristol Planning team. His work focuses principally on residential and mixed-use planning and regeneration projects, but he also has considerable experience working across a range of other sectors, including education, community / leisure, and heritage.  He is involved in some of the largest regeneration schemes in Bristol, including the delivery of a new city centre campus for the University of Bristol, which will provide in excess of 200,000 m² of new buildings.
