An Introduction to Property Development

Stephanie has worked within a variety of sectors while working for both public and private clients nationally. She is experienced in all areas of development and commercial management including cost advice, feasibility studies, comparative design studies, value engineering, co-ordination and programming. Stephanie has undertaken projects using a wide variety of procurement strategies and contract forms.  

Stephanie now undertakes mainly the Client Liaison/Project Management/Employers Agent role combined for a number of complex and demanding projects in the commercial sector, specialising in Student Accommodation. Stephanie has most recently taken up the role of National Sector Leader for Student Accommodation on behalf of Turner & Townsend.
