Kevin Conibear is a Director and Head of Urban Markets at Fleurets, overseeing Fleurets’ activity within city centres across the UK, working with both landlords and operator clients throughout the leisure market. Kevin specialises in negotiating on both leasehold and freehold sales and acquisitions, acting on behalf of corporate, emerging and private clients. He has an in depth knowledge of the in-town licensed markets, providing strategic advice to clients within these areas. Kevin has particular expertise in the high street, leisure scheme and late night sectors and is regularly retained by landlords and operators, to advise on site sourcing and tenant mix. He also undertakes professional work on landlord and tenant and valuation matters, as well as providing expert witness advice, having appeared at planning inquiries.
