Opportunities in Leisure Property and the Experience Economy

Mark joined Landsec in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience working across multiple industries, including Retail with Sainsbury’s, Media with WPP and Sport with the London Organising Committee for the 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

In his current role he leads a specialist team responsible for delivering collaborative leasing solutions and creating value for all of Landsec’s prospective and existing Hospitality and Leisure brand partners across a UK-wide property portfolio. This includes destinational shopping centres and outlets such as Bluewater and Gunwharf Quays, major workplace schemes such as One New Change and Victoria and future mixed-use developments such as Mayfield in Manchester.

He also represents the hospitality industry on the LandAid committee, the official charity of the property industry to bring an end to youth homelessness in the UK.
