Nick is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor who has been advising on investment and operational real estate for 30 years, originally providing valuations of commercial investments throughout western Europe to UK pension funds, private equity investors and banks. Having run his own investment agency business for several years, Nick joined Christie & Co in 2017. He is now responsible for the development of retail investment agency services, as well as providing advisory services in the retail trade related property sector, with a particular focus on petrol filling station businesses and investments.
