Steve Rodell is the Managing Director of Retail at Christie & Co. He is responsible for all retail brokerage, valuation and advisory activity across Christie & Co’s network. Steve is a regular speaker at convenience and petrol retail events across the UK. As Chartered Surveyor Steve is involved with both transactional and valuation projects varying in scale from single sites to large groups of assets. Prior to his current role, Steve successfully developed Christie & Co’s Bank Support and Business Recovery function and was instrumental in developing important relationships with the turnaround and restructuring world, as the credit crunch and recession took hold.
