Enrique is a Principal in CRA’s Energy practice and has over 15 years of management consulting and executive leadership experience. He has led projects and advised senior management on a broad range of issues including strategy development, M&A transactions, project finance, portfolio optimisation, operational improvement, and organizational change management. His broad set of experience spans financial services, industrials, natural resources, and energy sectors. In addition to his deep energy sector expertise (e.g., power generation, renewables, hydrogen, storage, and smart buildings), he has worked extensively in the eMobility sector with a special focus on EV charging infrastructure over the past few years. Prior to working with CRA, Enrique held various management consulting and executive roles across North America, Europe, and South America. He has a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School and MBA from Columbia University.
