Jerome Webb

With over 29 years of surveying experience with a specific focus on Right of Light and Daylight & Sunlight, over the last 24 years Jerome, who is a Fellow of the RICS, is a highly experienced and highly rated professional within the UK Property Sector.

With a background in property, planning, property law, development and strategic planning, Jerome brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support his clients from site acquisition through planning, to on-site delivery and beyond. Jerome is also a highly regarded and experienced Expert Witness for Rights of Light litigation and Planning Appeals. He serves a diverse clientele, including developers, institutions, public bodies, landowners, and charities across the UK and internationally. Jerome's primary focus is strategising and providing innovative solutions to achieve optimum results for clients and end-users.

As a Board Director, Jerome supports the business in the successful running of the company and dedicates his time to keeping the business in a strong position within the marketplace; as well as offering mentoring support to those around him.

In addition to his current responsibilities Jerome is focused on networking, to build strong relationships and keeps these through his dedication to client care and service, to ensure that he delivers the best advice to meet his client’s needs.

His interests extend beyond Property, where he is a School Chair of Governors, a Trustee of the IEAL Educational Charity and a key supporter of the World Land Trust.
