Paul has been working in the licensed leisure team at Savills since 2016 specialising primarily in the sale and acquisition of public houses and restaurants. Paul started his property career in 1995 and has since worked entirely in the licensed and leisure sectors, a highly specialised area of the market. During this time he has primarily focussed on handling agency instructions including the sale of operational businesses and Investment properties but he also regularly provides valuation and strategic advice to his clients. One of Paul's strongest assets is his versatility as he is equally adept at selling single assets right up to large portfolio's where he has a highly impressive track record. Paul lives in the home counties, with his wife and two children, and is a keen music and sports fan although confesses that he is a far better spectator than participant.
