Paul is a Director and Head of Fiscal Incentives at AECOM, joining the team in 1997. He is dual qualified in property and tax, with qualifications from both the RICS and Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). With twenty-five years’ experience, he has worked extensively across all commercial sectors in the UK as well as projects overseas. Working with a variety of clients, his specialisms include Capital Allowances planning, HM Revenue & Customs negotiations, Singapore and Malaysia tax depreciation consultancy, Risk Management and Renewable Energy. He also heads up the firms VAT capability.
