Paul's prime responsibility is to manage the sales and marketing activity on behalf of the Property Development team to enhance United Trust Bank’s brand within the UK house building industry. This includes developing relationships with key industry stakeholders, including the property teams of legal & accountancy practices, property agents, surveyors and auction houses, property associations, architectural practices, debt advisory firms, principal contractors, and the property press. Paul is a regular speaker on the conference circuit including UK Property Professionals, Henry Stewart Property Conferences and LD Property Events.
