Tilmann is a Vice President and head of European advisory services in CRA's Energy Practice. For over 17 years Tilmann has been advising companies and executives in the energy & infrastructure sector, working across the value chain for integrated and specialised utilities, oil & gas companies, chemical companies and energy solutions providers. Tilmann advises clients on corporate strategy, M&A and transaction support, post-merger integration, large scale transformation, as well as value optimization, and operational excellence. His work usually focuses on how companies and investors can adjust to, and benefit from the accelerating energy transition and increased focus on renewable and low carbon technologies. Prior to working with CRA, he held various senior positions as a management consultant within the energy & utilities industry and with a large blue-chip consulting firm with advisory experience in the UK, Europe and internationally. He holds a BA from Heinrich Heine University of Duesseldorf, and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
