What's New in Planning: An Ever Changing Agenda

Peter Weatherhead is the Principal of Peter Weatherhead Planning which he set up some 5 years ago after leaving DTZ where he was Head of Planning. He has worked in both public and private sectors and was Assistant Borough Planning Officer with the London Borough of Greenwich where he headed the Council's development control and urban design functions. He also worked for Bexley, Camden and Kensington & Chelsea Boroughs and Birmingham City Council. In private practice he headed the London planning team at Lawson Price before joining DTZ. At DTZ he was responsible for planning teams across the country and has worked in the London, Birmingham and Leeds offices. Peter Weatherhead has experience of all types of development proposals: retail, industrial, residential, commercial educational and institutional. He has appeared as an expert witness in over a hundred public inquiries and has given evidence in the High Court. He also has considerable experience of compulsory purchase matters.
