She leads the agency’s client services, commercial, digital signage, and business operations teams. With over 20 years in marketing services, Maria combines operational excellence with commercial expertise to scale complex client accounts and build high-performing teams of 220+.​ 

Representing the agency at Executive Board level, she champions workflow maturity and technology-enabled transformation to drive efficiency, transparency and exceptional customer experiences. An active member of WACL, she mentors emerging leaders and supports initiatives accelerating gender equality across the industry.​
