It will be shaped by the decisions leaders make today.
Artificial intelligence is transforming how design happens. Organisations are rethinking team structures, redefining roles, and asking new questions about collaboration and business value.
At the centre of that change is a simple challenge: how do we build design capabilities that are ready for what's next?
DesignOps London brings together the leaders, operators and innovators exploring that question. Not to predict the future, but to share practical experiences, challenge established thinking and understand what high-performing design teams will need to succeed in the years ahead.
Design has entered a new chapter.
AI is changing workflows. Expectations of design continue to rise. Teams are becoming more connected across product, engineering, research and technology. At the same time, organisations are under pressure to deliver greater impact with greater efficiency.
For design leaders, this isn't simply about adopting new tools or refining existing processes. It's about making strategic decisions that will influence how design operates, scales and creates value for years to come.
DesignOps London is where those conversations happen.
DesignOps London is for the people shaping how design happens.
Whether your focus is strategy, operations, delivery or leadership, you'll find practical ideas and valuable conversations with peers facing similar opportunities and challenges.

Attending the HS Design Operations conference gave me the perfect opportunity to step out of day-to-day silos and see where the industry is heading. It’s a fantastic place to connect with peers, gather actionable insights on emerging trends like AI in design, and bring a refreshed perspective and tangible value back to the team.
HS Design Operations events provide me with the opportunity to explore my curiosity, learn from the experiences of others, and feel part of a community of truly smart people where ideas can be exchanged freely.
HS Design Operations events are a wonderful way to network and expand thinking around Design Operations. It's a fantastic community full of exciting people sharing how they are using Design Operations as a force multiplier to transform their organisations.
The DesignOps London events by Henry Stewart are an opportunity to catch up with people who aim to improve the circumstances for design organisations, and to share their models, ideas, and lived experiences in doing so. I keep coming back!
HS Design Operations events provide me with the opportunity to connect with peers, and expand my network. In a more face to face environment, to share and collaborate. As far as conferences go, it feels they have embodied a human centered ideology that can be felt by attendees.
HS Design Operations events have given me both the foundations and the confidence to grow our small team.
The DesignOps London 2026 conference was packed with practical insights, honest conversations about scaling design teams, and a strong sense of community among people facing the same challenges.
I came away with new ideas, useful connections, and plenty to take back to the team. If you work in design operations or are trying to mature how design functions within an organisation, it’s definitely worth attending.
