Shayla has built an impressive career producing across all creative mediums, beginning with print and quickly expanding into photography, illustration, web, 3D, brand identity, and video/film. Now, as the Head of Creative Management at Uber, she leads operations behind the scenes, driving innovation and creativity. Her experience spans both agency and in-house roles. Before joining Uber she collaborated with top brands such as Nvidia, Jordan, Levi’s, Kia, T-Mobile, Jamba, HP, Intel, Wells Fargo, and Charles Schwab.

Passionate about fostering creative excellence, Shayla is dedicated to creating space for ideas to thrive. Whether it’s streamlining processes, introducing cutting-edge tools, launching campaigns, or inspiring teams with new ways of thinking, she continually reinvents how we work. Recently, she has championed initiatives promoting authenticity, diversity of thought, and sustainability in the work her teams produce.

A San Francisco native, Shayla enjoys the city's foggy beaches with her family of four.
