Annika is passionate about managing people, process, technology, and finance to optimize creative team performance. She manages a team of creative project managers at the in-house creative agency of the IMF and advocates for a design-centric approach through the agency’s consulting arm, the Creative Lab. She regularly delivers Design-thinking training and facilitates sessions to generate more impactful communications initiatives and help clients achieve their business goals. Prior to joining the IMF, Annika worked in TV as a reporter, and several international banks and the United Nations as a communications specialist.
