May Aboubakr is the VP of Creative and Marketing Operations at Chobani. In her role, May is responsible for growing the departments funding, headcount, people, and capabilities. She is also responsible for cultivating an organizational structure and processes that enhance quality of output and creative. In this pursuit, she oversees project management, marketing and creative operations, resourcing, operational budgets, asset management, and capabilities development roadmaps. A strong believer in strengthening teams and pushing the boundaries of how they operate, she is also tirelessly passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. While admittedly clumsy, May embodies a rare balance between her professionalism and drive, with a light-hearted personality and an endless supply of positivity. May was born in Egypt and raised in Montreal. She lives with her young family in Brooklyn, NY.
