Wayne formed WBC to help creative leaders improve their workplaces. Talent drain, operational chaos, and a sprint to digital has dramatically impacted in-house and independent agencies. WBC trains leaders by providing and guiding them with the cultural, communication and organizational tools to thrive better than ever. The result: greater retention, stronger operations and better reputation and team performance.

Before WBC, Wayne led one of the industry’s most challenging and most successful in-house creative turnarounds at Boeing Content Studio, where the team went from a lagging 55% employee engagement to an elated 85%, becoming one of the most efficient, high-performing, and award-winning creative teams in the world.

Wayne gives back by actively supporting organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Rescue: Freedom, Races Texas and more. He recreates by climbing mountains like Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro.
