Amy Mako, Head of Creative Operations, is an advocate for the role of design and creative in tech and a supporter of retail decentralization and independent business growth. With a background in luxury fashion and retail, she’s played a key role in Faire since its Series A funding, helping scale the San Francisco based unicorn startup from 15 to 1,500 employees. During her time at Faire, she founded their Design Operations and Creative Operations functions, where she now leads the creative program management team. Overseeing creative planning, production, photo operations, digital assets, and production design, she focuses on maximizing quality and efficiency across design functions.
