He is currently the Head of Creative Operations at Harry’s Inc., overseeing the Creative team for the Lume and Mando brands, tasked with developing the creative ecosystem and delivering innovative campaigns and strategies. In this role, Daniel ensures the seamless execution of impactful creative, driven by a center of creative operational excellence, to support brand growth and success.
Prior to this, Daniel served as the Head of Global Creative & Studio Operations at Pat McGrath Labs, where he established cutting-edge creative and studio operations ecosystems that embodied the visionary ethos of the brand's founder. Daniel brings extensive expertise in end-to-end go-to-market content creation, including digital, in-store, and out-of-home (OOH) creative campaigns and execution, honed through leadership roles with renowned brands such as Ulta Beauty, Estée Lauder, and Armani.
