The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library is an institution dedicated to preserving and sharing the legacy of Theodore Roosevelt.
Located in North Dakota, the library focuses on Roosevelt's impact on leadership, citizenship, and conservation. It aims to inspire visitors by offering educational programs, archives, and events centered around Roosevelt's life and values.
The library is designed with sustainability in mind, working to integrate with nature while promoting historical research and fostering civic engagement.
This session describes the setting up of the DAM at the library, where it is designed to manage both the digitized collections and assets from over 20 external institutions, including the Library of Congress and Harvard University. Not only will the DAM serve as a centralized hub storing, organizing, and enabling access to historical objects and multimedia, it will also feed assets into AI-driven and other digital exhibitions, using advanced metadata integration, rights management, and user access control for seamless scalability and future growth.
