With the set-up of an in house artwork studio in 2017, Rory and the team at ASDA always knew they needed a DAM solution as a place to house all those assets produced by the studio. Little did they know, they were about to embark on a journey which would see the land a DAM with the scope of holding all customer assets across ASDA & George.
From scoping, building the business case, agreeing the capital to landing phase 1 and scaling, Rory has lead and overseen the journey to date and shares the story of how they managed to make the tool look attractive to the finance teams and create a tool that end users want to be a part of.
Rory has been an ASDA colleague for over 12 years, with his time at ASDA split across private label packaging and product development process and more recently marketing.
