DAM Europe 2025

Jacqueline joined Canon EMEA in 2021 as their DAM Product Owner, liaising between the Business and IT, making sure the DAM runs effectively and delivers features and functionalities the company needs.

Jacqueline’s special interests are in workflow, stakeholder management and usage rights management. One of her favourite activities at work is immersing herself in the various processes adopted by different teams, enabling her to propose ideas that increase efficiency without compromising governance.

Outside of DAM, Jacqueline is a professionally trained opera singer and a published recording artist (which explains why she’s particularly interested in usage rights). She has performed extensively within the UK (venues include Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and Minack Theare) and around the world (France, Latvia, Hong Kong).
