Paul spent 14 years at the BBC, working in the commercial music library, where he specialised in cataloguing and managing music assets for broadcast. He then moved into digital music services for the media industry and consumers, gaining expertise in metadata management, digitisation workflows, and digital asset management systems.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked extensively with physical and digital assets, ensuring their long-term accessibility through structured data, classification, and strategic archiving solutions.
