Mumbi is responsible for ensuring that the marketing teams harness the full potential of the DAM system to drive forward productivity and collaboration, all while protecting the PPL brand.
Mumbi was brought in to lead the phased implementation of PPL’s first enterprise DAM system to manage the digital assets throughout their lifecycle by establishing a metadata taxonomy, governance policies and developing a roadmap strategy. With a background in media management and broadcast television for both Live News and sports production, he developed an understanding of the creative process and the need to have a well-managed system.
