Breaking the Mould – Prototyping is the new RFP
Getting a MAM operational in 30 days!
The routine experience of most organizations following purchase of a DAM or MAM is that processes to ‘select and then implement’ can take a year or more before they are fully operational. That’s a very big investment in time and resources. It is a costly process. The good news is that it may not need to be this way.
Modern DAMs and MAMs are agile in their development and are moving towards configuration rather than customization. They can provide access within a day. This advance poses the question; does the old approach of reviewing and selecting a system via long drawn-out RFPs work?
In this session, we’ll hear how prototyping might be a better answer than a traditional drawn-out RFP process. Liana Cave, Director, Content Services at Hilton with Neal Bilow of Chromata Solutions, will show how to break down a project into sizable chunks to bring about higher chances of success.
