Tori received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from OCAD University and her Master of Arts in Photographic Preservation and Collections Management from Toronto Metropolitan University. She has co-curated a number of exhibits between the Image Centre and the Art Gallery of Ontario, as well as being the Historical Curator for the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. 

Since 2019, Tori has been managing the digital asset management system at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), overseeing a large repository of photographic and digital assets, ensuring their organization, accessibility, and preservation. Tori recently spearheaded the migration to a new DAM system from recommending an appropriate solution, getting leadership on board, migrating nearly a million assets, and rolling out the new system.
