She manages the Digital Asset Management, Print Production, and Post Production teams while driving the transformation of the technology ecosystem, workflows, and processes that power content delivery at speed and scale.
With more than 15 years of experience in creative, marketing, and eCommerce operations, Caroline specializes in building efficient operating models that connect people, processes, and technology. Her work focuses on modernizing content operations through workflow optimization and technology transformation, building the ecosystem that powers content creation and delivery.
Prior to Catalyst Brands, Caroline held operational leadership roles at JCPenney, Bed Bath & Beyond, supporting the Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY, and Harmon brands, as well as the global French skincare and beauty company, Clarins. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building the operational foundations that enable creative organizations to scale, adapt, and innovate.
