Dezirae Androga is the Global DAM Administrator of Brady Media Library at Brady Corporation, where she guides a network of 130+ admins across six continents to ensure security, access, functionality and governance standards are met for the 350,000+ assets within the DAM. Dezirae is a certified Librarian who thrives on turning information chaos into intuitive digital ecosystems. She bridges the gap between DAM complexities and user success by spearheading global onboarding programs, metadata audits, and the implementation of automation and AI workflows. Configuring backend system architecture is her jam! With over a decade in digital asset management, Dezirae's career spans non-profit, government, utilities, insurance, sporting goods, and manufacturing. Outside of work, Dezirae loves visiting local farmer's markets, attending performing arts events, and heading out on theme park adventures with her family.
