
Jaime has fifteen years of experience advancing digital asset management, digital preservation, and digital stewardship initiatives at leading cultural heritage institutions including the Library of Congress, the Folger Shakespeare Library, and Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens. She currently serves as the Manager of Digital Asset Management at the National Gallery of Art, where she supervises the museum’s enterprise digital asset management and rights functions. Her work centers on implementing and refining robust digital asset management programs, systems, and workflows, with a focus on sustainable, user-centered practices throughout the digital asset lifecycle. Jaime holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Long Island University and she is a contributing author to Digital Asset Management for Museums (Bloomsbury, 2025).
