With more than 25 years of experience spanning retail, fashion, media, and advertising, Tara specializes in large-scale content transformation, helping organizations connect DAM, content supply chains, studio production, workflow automation, and emerging AI capabilities into scalable operating models. She currently leads Catalyst Brands’ enterprise efforts to modernize content operations and build the foundation for the next generation of content creation and management.
Prior to Catalyst Brands, Tara held leadership roles at Victoria’s Secret, NBCUniversal, and JCPenney, where she developed deep expertise in creative operations, content production, and enterprise transformation.
