Laurent is a design leader with 17+ years of experience, helping design teams and organisations reach high performance and deliver value.
He helped build design teams at Lloyds Banking Group (350 designers) and ClearScore (40 designers) which he joined as Design Ops Lead in September 2022. Six months in, he took responsibility for the Central Design team leading a team of 11 across Content Design, Service Design, Ops and Creative Studio. 
Laurent practices the EEACH leadership philosophy, leading with Empathy, Empowerment, Accountability, Courage and Humility. His superpower is inspiring through storytelling and impactful presentations
