Matt is a Design Operations leader with 15+ years experience in large organisations such as TUI, AXA, Centrica and BT Group.

In 2019, Matt joined BT Group as Head of Design Operations in Consumer. He was responsible for building the team across DesignOps, ContentOps, ResearchOps and Design Systems.

In his current role, Matt leads the Design Operations team at The Stepstone Group, one of the world's leading job platforms.

Matt is also co-lead of the UK DesignOps Assembly chapter, responsible for running events for the DesignOps community.

His approach is to develop strong relationships with his stakeholders, peers and teams by listening to their needs and partnering with them to plan and deliver capability-based initiatives.
