She focuses on delivering business targets, elevating brand leadership & value spaces through Design (at scale) + DesignOps, shifting design from a service & functional pipeline delivery to being fully integrated into organisations, scaling from task to x-functional, systemic programs, and rethinking organisational architectures & e2e flows answering the needs of networked/digital transformation. Based on a design vision, leadership framework & roadmap and delivering towards the overarching 5yr business Strat Plan. She has won awards for both, Design Leadership and iconic, beautiful brand designs & experiences (e.g NIVEA).
