
Tom is Head of Design Operations at Intercom, where he helps lead the product design practice. He has recently joined to embed and scale DesignOps across product teams focused on building highly complex, cutting-edge AI experiences. Prior to Intercom, he has held design leadership roles at Meta, Monday.com and PwC. When he’s not spinning lots of plates, he’s partial to record shops, Arsenal football club and kicking back in Bristol with his wife and two children.
