Leonardo is a Design Executive based in San Jose, CA who has nurtured and led design teams at companies like Yahoo!, Facebook, Intuit, and Spotify. He currently serves as Vice President of Design for SimplePractice, the world’s leading EHR (Electronic Health Record) and small business platform for independent behavioral health clinicians. Throughout his career, Leonardo has found the Creative & Design Ops arms of his product organizations invaluable in scaling his teams and optimizing their ways of working. He’s a dad of two, active mentor via ADPList.org, and remains hands-on using his UI/UX, illustration, and brand identity design skills.
