Tim leads Celtra’s Global Agency practice consisting of creative operations veterans, who ensure creative teams are maintaining a laser focus on moving upstream into more strategic work while increasing their overall capacity and reducing cost. He lives at the intersection of marketing technology and creative operations so brands can establish meaningful connections with their audiences. His passion lies in redefining the limits of digital advertising through technology solutions, particularly in scaling creativity for faster, high-quality ad delivery. Prior to joining Celtra, Tim consulted for some of the largest global brands, helping them streamline creative operations and boost creative efficiency and efficacy. He has a deep understanding of the transformative power of Design Operations.
