Zuki Ndulo is a Design Ops and Design Systems lead based in the New York metropolitan area with over 15 years of experience in both agency (AKQA) and product design organizations (Adobe & LinkedIn). He most recently spearheaded adoption strategies for Citibank’s Design System, enhancing global adoption by teams spanning the bank’s suite of digital products. Prior to his role at Citibank, he was the Staff Design Program lead for LinkedIn’s major product relaunch that introduced the current experience which has greatly enhanced the user interface and streamlined an inclusive user experience putting the community front and center. His agency experience includes leading Design Operations that delivered a portfolio of user centric products for a range of clients including Audi, Sonos and Autodesk.
Zuki is an advocate for Design Operations and Design Systems, dedicated to developing and implementing metrics-driven processes to scale operations effectively. His approach fosters a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
