Jim is a senior Creative Operations consultant with more than 25 years’ Creative Operations experience. His firm, WDC, has advised more than 60 businesses including Amazon, Tesco, BT, Specsavers, The BBC and many agencies. Jim’s background includes 10 years at BBH where he was a member of the senior management team and Board Director responsible for the smooth running of Operations, Production, Project Management and a number of subsidiary creative production businesses. A passionate advocate for the difference that great Creative Operations can make, he is never happier than when seeing the end results of more motivated people, more powerful and effective marketing and creativity, and the business success this delivers.
