Jerry Melichar is the Managing Director of Operations at VMLY&R in New York where he works closely with all departments to bring efficiencies and workflow improvements to creative and business operations across the agency.
Prior to joining VMLY&R, Jerry was the North America Director of Operations at Spark44, managing the Broadcast Production, Project Management and Digital Content teams for the Jaguar Land Rover brands. Jerry has also worked as an Operations lead for Vice Media, Focus Features/Universal Studios and Magnet Media. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. As an Adjunct Professor for NYU Stern, he developed and co-taught a course focusing on in-person and online business communication best practices.
