Richard is the Senior Director of Creative Operations at Lands’ End. He has extensive experience in operations, production, project management, change management, and budgeting in a global multi-channel business environment. Richard has 20+ years of experience at Lands’ End in leadership roles, most recently shaping the creative operations, production, and project management teams for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, including the implementation of a sophisticated new DAM system. With proven skills in leadership, strategic management, financial management, and managing critical projects through successful execution, Richard prides himself on striving for continual growth and improvements while doing the very best for the Lands’ End customer, company, and business partners around the globe.
