I’m Maria Gómez Díaz, Mom and Architect, with experience in energy efficient building design and 3D visual representations, an advantage in my job at Amazon Photostudio in Barcelona. Where I’m operations Lead, responsible for planning the workflow of different types of projects, organization and reorganization of spaces, setups and special request according to the scale of the project and the continuous advances in a high volume studio.

As a coach I build, train and lead teams in operations, which are the strong base of our studio. I also plan and report the data and metrics that allow us to manage the studio before, during and after each project, being also the support for logistics, production and safety. In short, I am a dynamic problem solver juggling multiple workflows and different delivery times to meet our clients' agreements. At the same time that I am a key player in sustainability and community initiatives.
