I’m currently at Microsoft, providing Design Operations strategy and support to their collaborative apps portfolio. Previously, I spent 7 years at Shopify, establishing and leading the DesignOps practice as the Design team grew from 150 to 600. I focus on developing strategic systems, programs, processes, and teams that increase design's impact across the business.
