Chuck serves technology and digital business executives. He is an expert on the application of digital technologies to impact business outcomes. He is a noted authority on digital experience technology and vendors that deliver the next generation of content, digital media, and product information capabilities. He has been a trusted advisor to many C-level executives and board members on digital’s impact on business. Chuck’s research is focused on helping executives develop and implement digital strategies that deliver outcomes for businesses and consumers.

Chuck has spent the last 25 years of his career leading digital strategy, experience design, and technology implementation projects across content management systems, e-commerce systems, digital asset management systems, product information management systems, configure price quote (CPQ), customer relationship management, marketing technology automation, and digital experience platforms. His industry experience spans B2B and B2C — including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, retail, hospitality, nonprofit, and government — for brands like AARP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, the Centers for Disease Control, FleetPride, Goldman Sachs, Hilti, Marriott, and Schlumberger.

Prior to Forrester, Chuck was a managing director at Shift7 Digital, where he grew the agency by advising B2B clients on their digital businesses and scaling consulting capabilities in digital strategy, program management, user experience design, technology development, and sales. Before that, he held senior management positions at ZS Medullan and Publicis Sapient. Chuck teaches digital transformation and IT strategy courses at George Mason University.

Chuck holds a BA in government and international politics and an MS in technology management from George Mason University.
