Anser is a passionate L&D professional with a Marketing background and 25 years of international expertise in building and growing multiple billion-dollar brands in a range of diverse markets across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia & Australia. He has held a variety of senior Global, Regional & Local roles in multiple Fortune 500 companies like Shell, Henkel & Unilever. He has also been the recipient of multiple international awards including the coveted Cannes (thrice!) for his much-acclaimed Digital Marketing Campaigns across South-East Asia.

As an industry veteran, Anser has been a Guest Lecturer at various top tier business schools including Chicago Booth, London Business School, Singapore Management University and most recently Harvard.

Anser’s expertise extends to Marketing Training & Leadership Building. Based out of Unilever’s London headquarters, in his previous role Anser was responsible for training & upskilling more than 6,000 Unilever Marketers worldwide. Currently, he is based out of Singapore and Head of Unilever’s Learning Centre, leading Unilever’s global Leadership Development agenda.

Anser is a Cambridge certified Executive Coach specializing in Personal Effectiveness. He has successfully coached Senior Executives and CXO’s across industries on peak performance & productivity. Anser has also been a Mentor to multiple Start Up Founders helping them perfect their pitches to VCs for fundraising successfully via his famed “Pitch Clinics”. Anser is also the co-founder of The Growth Labs, a network of practitioner Marketers with a mission to impact the growth journeys of both individuals and organisations.
