She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in HR and a Master’s in Training & Development from NC State University’s College of Management and College of Education, respectively. Ashleigh is pursuing her PhD in Adult and Lifelong Education, further enriching her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
