Jaimie Krause, PhD is an Educational Psychologist who leads a global Learning & Development organization at Indeed focused on enabling go-to-market strategy for the revenue organization through onboarding, leader preparedness, and systems and tools proficiency. She loves her job, and loves her team and colleagues even more. Jaimie regularly contributes to publications like Training Magazine and Training Industry on: 1) Emphasizing the importance of workplace well-being so leaders, teams, and individual contributors can deliver their best work, and 2) Supporting enablement professionals to develop the business acumen and evaluation rigor required to demonstrate business impact.
Jaimie holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and Masters degrees in Counseling (MEd) and Program Evaluation (MA) from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an Executive Coach certified in the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) and The Six Types of Working Genius.
