Claire Long

Claire is a Partner in the Real Estate Team. She advises on a variety of commercial property matters including all aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, and investment acquisitions and disposals. Claire joined Lester Aldridge in 2018 having qualified at an international law firm in 2006 and since then working at two other major regional and national law firms. She has a broad range of experience in all aspects of property portfolio work acting for both landlords and tenants. Claire prides herself on providing pragmatic, commercial and efficient advice to all of her clients.

Lana Farrell

Lana is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Development Team. Although now specialising in real estate development, Lana’s general commercial property and residential property background enables her to advise clients on a wide range of real estate matters ranging from the grant of commercial leases through to the setting up of residential development sites. Lana acts for a variety of client’s including landlords, developers and a growing restaurant chain.
