Paul is a Director in AECOM’s Property Solutions business unit and responsible for the Fiscal Incentives service, joining the team in 1997. He is dual qualified in property and tax, with qualifications from both the RICS and Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). With over thirty years’ experience, he has worked extensively across all commercial sectors in the UK as well as on projects overseas. Working with a variety of clients, his specialisms include Capital Allowances, Land Remediation Relief, HMRC negotiations, Singapore and Malaysia tax depreciation consultancy and VAT. He is responsible for leading Growth and Strategy for the specialist services within Property Solutions.
